A leading Professional Services organisation delivering results straight to our client’s bottom line, implementing system integration, managed services and change management consultancy. My role is to ensure a robust and effective talent solution for a complex and highly skilled virtual European stakeholder matrix.

​

Following the Celerant acquisition in Hitachi my immediate role was to integrate the recruitment of Operational Change Managers and Analysts in EMEA into the HC centralised team.    Afterwards managing associates  from  2015, full-cycle subcontractor process with challenging deadlines operating across the practices delivering resources required in UK, Germany, France, The Nordics, Belgium and additional International support, ME and ASIA.

Ability to provide tactical and creative experience to central Resourcing, to the hiring VP’s and Project Managers in identifying appropriate resources for open and forecast project roles;  Partnering with the Senior Team,  sourcing external suppliers and working with my developed network/subcontractor team to ensure delivery for all requirements are met.  Managing the logistical, pre-onboarding, procedural, contractual and financial aspects;  Produce utilization reports for Staffing and Finance;  Maintain resource data in all systems;  working closely with Finance and Central Operations  teams to ensure contractors are set up for invoice/billing; Serve as point of contact for recruitment and resourcing, building relationships with internal business partners, managing compliance across the process, liaising constantly with Legal, HR, IT and Finance as part of the end to end process of contractor management.

For both permanent and contractor requirements sourced and reviewed resumes, scheduled interviews with project managers, negotiated pay rates, initiated purchase orders and processed subcontractor documents; Collaborated with Legal team and Mobility to ensure visa and work permits were requested and processed where necessary

Taking an active role with T&D; delivered the strategic roll out and continued program in UK and EMEA geographies  of training Hitachi's competency interview element of their 7 stage process.
